摘要 为了更好开发和利用玉米色素资源,以玉米黄粉为原料,通过单因素以及正交试验,对挤压膨化后玉米黄粉中黄色素的超声波提取工艺进行研究。确定超声波辅助提取玉米黄粉色素的最佳工艺:提取温度60℃、超声功率160 W、超声时间50 min、料液比1:25,此时玉米黄粉色素提取率为5.604%,比未挤压过的玉米黄粉色素提取率提高了2.24倍。 In order to develop and use the corn pigment resource reasonably, the optimal process for the ultrasonic wave-assisted extraction of yellow pigment from corn gluten meal after extrusion was explored on the basis of single factor and orthogonal array experiments. The optimal extraction conditions were found to be: ratio of solutions to material 1:25, extraction temperature 60 ℃, ultrasonic wave power 160 W as well as extraction time 50 min. The yellow pigment yield was 5.604% with 2.24 times as high as the non-extruded corn gluten meal.
