侧脑室脑膜瘤的显微外科治疗

目的 研究侧脑室脑膜瘤临床特点及显微外科手术治疗的效果。 方法 利用 CT、MRI及脑血管造影明确肿瘤的诊断 ,16例侧脑室脑膜瘤均采用显微外科手术摘除。 结果 本组病例肿瘤全部切除 ,无手术死亡。 结论 CT、MRI是诊断侧脑室脑膜瘤最可靠的方法 ,血管造影明确肿瘤的供血情况 ,选择合理的手术入路应用显微外科手术可达到肿瘤的全切除。

Objective To study the clinical features and microsurgical results of lateral ventricular meningiomas Method Sixteen cases of the tumors were treated with microsurgical technique CT,MRI and cerebral vascular angiography were performed before operation to determine the diagnoses and fedding vascular of tumor Results In this series,total tumor remove was in all cases There was no surgical mortality Conclusions Lateral ventricular meningiomas can be diagnosed by CT or MRI and fedding vascular of tomor revealed by cerebral vascular angiography By using the ideal approach,the tumors could be totally removed under microscope.
