新辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子和手术结果的影响

Influence of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on VEGF and surgical results of patients with cervical cancer

目的观察新辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和手术结果的影响。方法选取枣庄市妇幼保健院2007年8月～2011年12月收治的局部晚期宫颈癌81例作为研究对象，41例晚期宫颈癌患者作为观察组。术前采用新辅助化疗；40例晚期宫颈癌患者作为对照组，直接行手术治疗。检测患者化疗前后血清VEGF，并比较两组手术结果。结果观察组患者肿瘤平均直径从化疗前的（5．19±1．03）cm缩小为化疗后的（2．63＋0．68）cm，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。观察组患者化疗前血清VEGF为（397．6±39．4）ng／L，化疗后为（139．5＋20．7）ng／L，两组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。观察组在术中出血量和术后淋巴结转移率方面低于对照组，两组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论新辅助化疗可以明显降低宫颈癌患者血清VEGF的表达，提高手术效率。

Objective To study the influence of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on VEGF and surgical results of patients with cervical cancer. Methods From August 2007 to December 2011, 81 cases with locally advanced cervical cancer in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zaozhuang City were selected. 41 patients were in the observation group, 40 pa- tients were in the control group. The patients in the observation group were given neoadjuvant chemotherapy before op- eration, while the patients in the observation group were given operation without any chemotherapy. The VEGF was de- tected, the results before and after the operation were compared. Results The average tumor diameter in the observation group were （5.19±1.03） cm before treatment, that after treatment were （2.63±0.68） cm, the differences were statistically sig- nificant （/9 〈 0.01）. The VEGF in the observation group were （397.6±39.4） ng/L before treatment, that was （139.5±20.7） ng/L after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. The blood loss and lymph node metastasis of the observation group rate were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can decrease VEGF of cervical cancer and improve surgical efficiency.
