普外科急诊手术切口裂开相关因素分析

Analysis of related factors for dehiscence of abdominal emergency operation incision in general surgery

目的探讨普外科急诊手术切口裂开的原因及分析。方法回顾性分析2012年1月～2013年12月永康市骨科医院普外科行剖腹手术患者469例，采用Logistic回归分析方法对影响患者切口裂开的相关因素和护理措施进行研究。结果术后激素使用，合并糖尿病，营养不良或肥胖，切口感染以及高龄是普外科患者腹部切口裂开的危险因素。结论普外科急诊手术切口裂开与术后激素使用，合并糖尿病，营养不良或肥胖，切口感染以及高龄等因素有关。

Objective To study the analysis of the related factors for dehiscence of abdominal emergency operation in- cision in general surgery. Methods 469 cases of patients with laparotomy were analyzed retrospectively from January 2012 to December 2013 in the Department General Surgery of Orthopaedic Hospital of Yongkang City. The related fac- tors affecting incision dehiscence of patients and nursing intervention were studied by Logistic regression analysis. Re- sults The risk factors for dehiscence of abdominal emergency operation incision in general surgery were the application of hormone after operation, complicated with diabetes mellitus, malnutrition or obesity, incision infection and elderly. Con- clusion The dehiscence of abdominal emergency operation incision in general surgery is connected with the application of hormone after operation, complicated with diabetes mellitus, malnutrition or obesity, incision infection and elderly.
