基于发展急诊医学提升军队医院机动卫勤救治能力的研究与思考

Research and thought of promoting the mobile treating abilities of medical service in military hospital based on developing emergency medicine

本文观察军队医院机动卫勤保障力量及训练特点,分析当前医院机动卫勤紧急救护能力的不足,结合新形势下机动卫勤保障需求和急诊医学发展趋势,探讨提高军队医院机动卫勤救治能力,研究加强急诊医学队伍的建设,思考建立以急诊医学科为主体的平战结合的机动卫勤保障机制,对提高紧急医疗救治水平和医院平战时的卫勤保障能力有重要意义。

This paper observes the mobile forces of medical service and its characteristic in military hospital, analyzes the deficiency of the mobile first aid abilities of medical service in hospital at present. Through combining with the mo- bile demand of medical service under the new situation and the growing trend of emergency medicine, this paper dis- cusses improving the mobile treating abilities of medical service in military hospital, studies strengthening the team construction of emergency medicine, thinks about establishing the mobile safeguard mechanism of medical service for both peacetime and wartime use with emergency medicine as the principal part, which has an important meaning for improving the treatment level of emergency medical service and the mobile forces of medical service for both peacetime and wartime use in military hospital.
