最小粒径硫/氟共掺杂纳米TiO2的制备及光催化性能 被引量:1

摘要 以TiCl4、有机羧酸、NH3·H2O、硫脲、氟化铵、D-山梨醇等为主要实验药品,采用常温络合-控制水解法,制备出平均粒径为2.7nm的硫和氟共掺杂纳米二氧化钛透明光触媒乳液。采用XRD、纳米激光粒度分析仪、紫外-可见分光光度计等对样品的物相、粒径、组成、光吸收、光催化等性质进行了表征。利用酸性红3R染料研究透明乳液的光催化活性部分影响因素。结果表明硫/氟共掺杂的纳米TiO2光催化剂降解酸性红3R染料的最佳条件为硫/氟掺杂质量分数为0.3%,反应体系pH为6,染料的初始质量浓度为50mg/L。 S/F codoped nano TiO2 colorless and transparent emulsion with an average particle size of 2. 7 nm has been synthesized by a novel complexation-controlled hydrolysis method at room temperature by using TIC14, organic carboxylic acid, NH3 · H2 O, thiourea, ammonium fluoride and D-sorbitol etc as raw materials. The phase structure, particle size, and absorption spectrum of samples were characterized by XRD, nano laser particle size analyzer and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, respectively. In addition, the influence of reaction conditions in the synthesis process was also studied. The results showed that the optimal photocatalytic conditions of degradation acid red 3R dye are as follow: the doping mass fraction of S/F 0. 3%, pH 6, and the initial mass concentration of the dye 50 mg/L.
