MMSE的三种分界标准在阿尔茨海默病筛查中的应用比较

Comparision of mini mental state estimate applying in Alzheimer's disease

目的 比较不同的简易智能状态检查量表 (MMSE)分界值标准在阿尔茨海默病 (AD)筛查诊断中的敏感度。方法 检测 2 911例 5 5岁或以上人员的 MMSE值 ,根据三种不同的 MMSE分界值标准筛查本组人员中发现的 47例 AD患者并比较不同筛查标准的检出率。结果 采用标准 AD检出率最高 ,达到 93.2 %。而采用标准 检出率最低 ,仅为 46 .8%。采用标准 检出率为 5 7.5 %。三组数据具有显著性差异。结论 标准 在 AD的筛查诊断中敏感度最高 ,有利于 AD的早期诊断和治疗。

Objective To understand the sensitivity of different criteria of mini mental state estimate (MMSE) in diagnosis of AD.Methods Exam 2 911 cases of normal subject which aged older than 55 years by MMSE.Apply three different criterias of MMSE to check 47 AD patients which was found in our group and compare the accordance rate of these different criteria.Results The accordance rate of criteria Ⅲ in AD diagnosis is highest (93.2%) while that of criteria Ⅰ is lowest (46.8%).The accordance rate of criteria Ⅱ is 57.5%.The difference between them was significant (P<0.01).Conclusions Criteria Ⅲ is more sensitive in AD diagnosis and is useful for early diagnosis and treatment of AD.
