摘要
重金属胁迫能促进机体活性氧的产生诱导氧化应激,昆虫可通过抗氧化酶清除过量的活性氧以抵御和修复活性氧损伤。近年来由于重金属污染问题的日益突出,重金属污染产生的生态学效应引起了广泛关注,其中以不同胁迫下昆虫体内抗氧化酶活性的变化研究相对较多。重金属对抗氧化酶活性的影响因重金属种类和昆虫种类、发育阶段、性别及暴露途径不同而异,其影响机理可能是不同重金属离子与酶结构结合或竞争性替代酶结构中金属离子。本文综述了近年来重金属污染诱导昆虫抗氧化损伤方面的研究进展,有助于进一步了解重金属污染的生态毒理效应。
Exposure to heavy metals can promote the generation of ROS which is known to induce oxidative stress in living organisms. To avoid oxidative damage, insects can clear the ROS through the antioxidant enzymes. In recent years, due to the heavy metal pollution problems have become increasingly prominent, ecological effects of heavy metal pollution caused widespread concern, specially more in researching the changs of antioxidant enzymes activity in insects under different stress. Effects of heavy metal on antioxidant enzymes are different due to heavy metal species and insect species, developmental stage, sex, and rout of exposure varies. Its impact may be different mechanisms of heavy metal ions combine with the enzyme structure or competitively replace metal ions in the structure of the enzyme. This paper reviews the research progress of oxidative injury in insects under heavy metals treaded in recent years, helping to further understand the ecotoxicological effects of heavy metal pollution.
