摘要
将粉煤灰作为调质剂对高炉渣进行调质处理,之后计算调质渣的酸度系数,检测其矿物组成与熔渣粘度随温度的变化情况,研究调质后的矿渣是否符合作为制备矿渣纤维原料的要求。实验结果表明,当矿渣酸度系数小于1.0时,矿渣中矿物以黄长石类为主,温度一粘度曲线出现明显的拐点。当矿渣酸度系数介于1.2~1.8时,矿渣以非晶态玻璃相为主,粘度随温度的变化较均匀,不再出现陡升现象,成纤温度区间变宽。
Tuning composition of blast furnace slag use fly ash as modifying agent, Then calculate slag acidity coefficient and detection its mineral composition and slag viscosity variation with temperature. Study of tuning composition of slag after compliance with the as prepared slag fiber raw material requirements. The results show that, slag is mainly in melilite when the acidity coefficient of slag is less than 1.0, and there is a inflection point in viscosity temperature viscosity curve. Slag is mainly in amorphous glass phase when slag acidity coefficient between 1.2 - 1. 8 ,The variation of viscosity with-temperature uniformity and temperature-viscosity curve no longer appear steep rise interval ,fiber temperature became wider.
