摘要 有效开展高校创业教育质量评估研究与实践对推动我国创业教育事业发展具有重要意义。分析高校创业教育质量评估的主体多元性、过程持续性、结果时滞性等特征,基于平衡计分卡的思想提出高校创业教育质量评估的结构维度,从目标层、客户层、流程层、资源层4个方面,系统设计高校创业教育质量评估指标体系,旨在为完善我国高校创业教育体系,加强创业教育过程监控与科学管理,不断提升学生创新创业能力提供方法指导与决策依据。 Effectively carrying out the research and practice on the quality evaluation of university entrepreneurship education, has great significance for promoting the entrepreneurship education development in our country. The quality evaluation characteristics of university entrepreneurship education was analyzed including the pluralism of e- valuation subject, continuity of evaluation process, hysteresis effect of evaluation resuh; and then the structural di- mension of quality evaluation for universities entrepreneurship education was put forward based on balanced score card method; finally the quality evaluation index system for university entrepreneurship education was systematically designed from four aspects composing of target layer, customer layer, process layer and resource layer. The re- search aims at providing methodological guidance and decision-making basis for perfecting the university entrepre- neurship education system in our country, while strengthening the process monitoring and scientific management of entrepreneurship education, as well as continuously improving students' innovation ability and entrepreneurship a- bility.
