马齿苋乙酸乙酯提取物对小鼠镇痛、免疫功能和急性脑缺血作用的研究

Research on analgesia,immune function and acute cerebral ischemia of the ethyl acetate extract of purslane in mice

目的:探讨马齿苋乙酸乙酯提取物的作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为四组后,采用扭体法和热板法观察马齿苋乙酸乙酯提取物的镇痛效果,用称重法测量免疫脏器系数,观察免疫效果,使用断头法观察急性脑缺血效果。结果:镇痛实验,扭体法能观察到小鼠扭体次数明显减少;而热板法能观察到小鼠舔足次数明显减少。结论:马齿苋乙酸乙酯提取物对小鼠具有一定的镇痛作用。

Objective In order to investigate the effect of ethyl acetate extract of purslane. Method The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups and to observe the effect of the purslane ethyl acetate extract by body - torsion and hot - plate method, using weighing method to measure the immune organ eoefficient immune effect and the head - breaking method to observe the effect of acute cerebral ischemi-- a. Results After the analgesic experiments, we could observe the writhing times of the mice decreased significantly by body - torsion meth- od ; and the frequencies of the mice licking foot significantly reduced by hot - plate method. Conclusion Ethyl acetate extract purslane has analgesic effect on mice.
