摘要 目的:探讨分析检测急性脑血管疾病并发癫痫患者的血小板膜糖蛋白情况。方法:选取急性脑血管疾病并发癫痫的120例患者与同期健康体检者40例分别作为研究的实验组与对照组,采用流式细胞术对其血小板膜糖蛋白进行检测。结果:实验组三个组别共计120例患者的血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P的阳性率远在对照组之上,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血管壁上粘附着血小板膜糖蛋白与血小板,在粘附聚集及产生血栓的过程中发挥着关键的作用。其中包括CD62P及GPⅡb或GPⅢa活化标志物的精确检测对于预防及诊断急性脑血管疾病的发生,紧密监测疗效都起到举足轻重的作用。 Objective To analyze and detect the situation of platelet membrane glyeoprotein in the patients with acute cerebrovaseular disease complicated by epilepsy. Method To choose 120 patients in the treatment of acute eerebrovaseular disease complicated with epilepgy compared with healthy check- up 40 cases as study group and control group respectively, using flow cytometry to detect the platelet membrane glyeoproteins. Results The positive rate of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62P was far above the control group in 120 patients of experimental group. The difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The platelet and platelet membrane glycoprotein adhere on the vessel wall,and plays a key role in the adhesion and aggregation and thrombus generated process. It also plays a decisive role including accurate detection of CD62P and GPIIb or GPIIIa activation markers for the prevention and diagnosis of acute eerebrovascular disease occurs, close monitoring of efficacy.
