摘要 目的:研究血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)与天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)比值与男性乳腺癌发病率的关系。方法:对15例男性乳腺癌患者和34例对照者进行血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶实验室检查,将两者进行统计学比较分析。结果:乳腺癌患者的ALT和AST水平均高于良性乳腺病患者,其两者比值(AST/ALT)与良性患者相比也偏高。结论:肝损伤导致体内雌激素水平增高是男性乳腺癌发病的重要因素之一。 Objective To discuss the relation between the ratio of ALT to AST in serum and the male breast cancer. Method The concentration of ALT and AST in serum were measured by eolorimetry,and SPSS software was used to analyze the difference and ratio of the two enzyme (AST/ALT) in the case and control. Results The concentrations of the two enzymes in case were higher than that in control, and the ratio of them as well. Conclusion The increase of estrogen induced by the damaging liver is one of the most factors which cause the male breast cancer.
