内镜下治疗胃间质瘤的临床疗效观察

Effect of Endoscopic treatment of gastric stromal tumor

目的:观察内镜下切除胃间质瘤(GST)的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析行内镜下胃间质瘤切除术患者36例,其中,16例行内镜下胃壁全层切除术(EFTR),20例行内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD),术后组织病检。结果:手术全部获得成功,术后恢复顺利,无严重并发症,随访无复发或转移。结论:内镜下切除胃间质瘤安全、可靠、可完整切除病灶,内镜下切除胃间质瘤疗效较好。

Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic treatment of gastric stromal tumor（GST）. Method 36 patients with endo- scopic treatment of gastric stromal tumor were retrospectively analyzed, including 16 cases of endoscopic full- thickness resection of gastric wall （EFFR） ,20 cases of endoscopic mucosal resection（ ESD）, postoperative pathological tissue was checked. Results All operations were successful, postoperative recovery was smooth, without serious compIications, follow - up without recurrence or metasta- sis. Conclusion Endoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumor is safe,reliable,can complete excision of the lesion,It is better effect by en- doscopic resection of gastric stromal tumors.
