住院老年精神障碍患者的临床分析及护理对策

Clinical analysis and nursing countermeasures of elderly inpatients with mental disorders

目的:探讨住院老年精神障碍患者的临床观察,有针对性地采取护理措施,降低患者的死亡率,提高患者的生存质量。方法:对118例住院老年精神障碍患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:118例住院老年精神障碍患者中精神分裂症43例(36.44%),脑血管性精神障碍24例(20.34%),阿尔茨海默病性痴呆15例(12.71%),躯体形式障碍14例(11.86%),抑郁症9例(7.63%),躁狂症5例(4.24%)、焦虑症4例(3.39%)、乙醇所致精神障碍4例(3.39%)。合并肝功能异常34例(28.81%),合并低钾24例及血糖升高16例。结论:针对住院老年精神障碍患者病历资料进行分析,老年精神障碍患者躯体合并症较多,护理难度大,尽早采取有效的护理措施,减慢疾病的发生发展及并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical observation of patients hospitalized senile mental disorders, there was targeted to take care measures, to reduce the mortality rate of patients and improve the quality of llfe of patients. Method The clinical data of 118 inpatients with mental disorders in the elderly were retrospectively analyzed. Results 118 cases of mental patients hospitalized elderly psychiatric disorders in schizophrenia 43 cases accounted for 36. 44%, cerebrovascular disorders in 24 cases accounted for 20. 34%, dementia in Alzhei- mer＇s disease in 15 cases accounted for 12. 71% ,somatoform disorders in 14 cases accounted for 11.86% ,9 cases of depression accounted for 7. 63% ,5 manic patients accounted for 4. 24% ,4 anxiety patients accounted for 3.39% ,mental disorder induced by ethanol in 4 cases accounted for 3.39%. With abnormal liver function,34 cases accounted for 28. 81% ,24 cases with low potassium and blood glucose increased in 16 cases. Conclusion According to the analysis of medical records of hospitalized elderly patients with mental disorders ,mental disorders in the elderly patients with physical and more complications, nursing is difficult, the effective nursing measures as early as possible can slow down the development of the disease and the complications.
