肝硬化合并上消化道出血的临床护理探析

目的:探究对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的护理方法以及效果。方法:选取51例肝硬化合并上消化道出血的患者进行针对性的综合护理。结果:通过对患者进行针对性的护理,患者得到显著的护理效果,使并发症的情况得到大量减少,同时对死亡率有一定的降低。结论:对肝硬化合并上消化道出血的患者采用针对性的综合护理,能够使患者的生活质量得到提高。

Objective To explore the methods and effect of upper gastrointestinal bleeding with cirrhosis. Method 51 patients upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with cirrhesis were treated with comprehensive care. Results Patients were targeted care, care patients received significant effect, so that the situation had been a significant reduction in complications, but there was a certain reduction in mortal- ity. Conclusion The upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with cirrhosis arc targeted with integrated care, it can improve quality of life of patients.
