腹膜透析患者营养不良的危险因素分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨持续非卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)患者营养不良的危险因素。方法分析100例腹膜透析患者的临床资料。根据主观综合性营养评估(SGA)和生化参数的测定,将患者分为营养良好组与营养不良组;分析年龄、原发病和透析时间、溶质清除及透析充分性(超滤量、Kt/V、Ccr)、残余肾功能(残余尿量、残余肾小球滤过率)等对患者营养状况的影响,分析营养不良对CAPD患者预后的影响。结果 2组患者的年龄、糖尿病发生率、透析时间、残余肾功能的丢失率、Ccr比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 CAPD患者的营养不良发生率较高;老年、糖尿病、透析时间长、微炎症状态、残余肾功能丢失、蛋白质量摄入不足是高危因素。营养不良患者贫血发生率、EPO的应用总量、住院时间和病死率均明显增高。
