摘要
本文分析了“学分制”给高校传统育人模式带来的挑战,提出了学分制条件下高校的“辅导员+导师+导生”育人机制。该机制的三主体在育人过程中各有重点,又相辅相成,共同促进学生的全面发展。
This paper analyses the challenge of credit system to the college’s traditionally educational mode,then brings forward“counselors + hierophant+ class teacher”education mechanism. Each main body of the mechanism has it self’s keystones, and they complement each other,being helpful to all-round development of the whole students.
