摘要
对便携式密封电子设备的自然散热设计进行了介绍,分析了影响设备温度的因素,阐述了密封电子设备自然散热设计的要点,使用热分析软件ANSYS-Icepak进行仿真,提出的利用隔热板分隔散热区域的设计思路,设计了铝板嵌铜的底板,平衡了散热能力与重量的矛盾,优化了机箱外壳结构参数,对散热肋片进行了减重设计。仿真和实验表明,某便携式超短波设备功耗146 W,在环境温度55℃条件下的满足散热要求,同时将整机重量控制在15 kg以内。
The Natural cooling design of potable sealing electronic equipment is introduced.The factors affecting the device temper- ature are analyzed.The simulation is done by using thermal analysis software ANSYS-Icepak.The design idea of using thermal insulation panels to delimited thermal areas is proposed.The plate of Cu insert AI is designed to counterbalance cooling capability and weight and optimize the chassis shell parameters,The design of reducing the weight of fin is done.The simulation and experiment results show that the portable VHF/UHF equipment with power of 146 W can satisfy the cooling requirements under the ambient temperature of 55 degrees,and control the weight to be less than 15 kg.
