摘要
针对VHF频段70 ~ 300 MHz,20 W宽带功率放大器的工程设计与实现方案进行了介绍.对各级功率放大器的增益进行了合理分配,对各级功率放大器的外围匹配电路进行了详细设计.以阻抗变换器结构和并联负反馈宽带匹配结构及功率回退法等方法为基础,优化设计,合理布局,最终使所设计的功率放大器达到了预期的指标要求.对功率放大器进行了认真的调试和详细的测试,结果表明,各项指标满足要求.
Aiming at 20 W wideband power amplifier with VHF band 70-300 M Hz,an engineer design and implementation method is introduced.The gains for each power amplifier stages are reasonably allocated, and the peripheral matching circuits are designed in detail.Based on the methods of impendence convert structure, shunt feedback wideband matching technique, power de-rating, and expected indexes of the power amplifier are achieved by adopting optimized design and layout.The power amplifier is debugged carefully and tested in detail,which shows that all the indexes satisfy technical requirement.
