烤烟叶片成熟过程中光合生理特性的变化

摘要 为了筛选并判断烤烟成熟度指标,以烤烟龙江911为供试品种,测定了其叶片主要光合生理特性的变化。随着烟叶部位的上升,叶片CO2羧化效率、细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)饱和时的光合速率、表观光合量子产额、光饱和时的光合速率、光饱和点也随之增加,CO2饱和点随之下降;随着移栽后天数的增加,叶片CO2羧化效率、Ci饱和时的光合速率降低。移栽后不同天数之间CO2羧化效率、Ci饱和时的光合速率、表观光合量子产额的差异极显著,CO2补偿点、CO2饱和点、光补偿点的差异显著;不同烟叶部位之间叶片CO2羧化效率的差异极显著,Ci饱和时的光合速率、表观光合量子产额的差异显著。 In order to screen and judge maturity indicators of flue-cured tobacco, the change and variance of main photosynthesis characters of Longjiang 911 flue-cured tobacco during the mature stage were analyzed. I.eaf samples were from different leaf positions and days after transplanting. The results indicated that CE,J AQY, A350 and LSP increased and CSP decreased with the increasing of leaf position. With the increasing days after transplanting,CE and Jmax were decreaseing. In different days after transplanting, the difference of CE,J and AQY were extremely significant, ,CSP and LCP were significant. The differences of CE in different leaf positions were extremely significant,Jmax and AQY were significant.
