摘要
目的研究信访工作人员心理和谐与一般自我效能感的关系,并探讨心理和谐对一般自我效能感的影响。方法采用心理和谐量表和一般自我效能感量表对某市108名信访工作人员进行问卷调查。结果①男女信访工作人员在心理和谐上的得分无显著差异(t=1.396。p〉0.166),但在一般自我效能感上的得分有显著差异(t=2.511,p〈0.05);②不同年龄的信访工作人员在心理和谐及一般效能感上的得分有显著差异(F=23.130,p〈0.05,F=14.676,p〈0.05);③信访工作人员心理和谐总分与一般自我效能感呈显著正相关(r=0.288,p〈0.05)。结论中间年龄阶段的信访工作人员心理和谐状况好于其他年龄阶段的,但26.30岁这一年龄阶段工作人员的自我效能感高于30岁以上的员工,女性自我效能感高于男性;心理和谐状况好的工作人员一般自我效能感也高。
Objective To study the relationship between the petition staff's psychological harmony and general self-efficacy, and explore the impacts of psychological harmony on their general self-efficacy. Methods To adopt psychological harmony scale and general self-efficacy scale to investigate 108 petition staff in one city. Re- sults (1)The petition staff's psychological harmony has no significant differences in gender (t=1. 396, p〉0. 166), but Their general self-efficacy has significant differ- ences in gender (t=-2.511, p〈0. 05); (2)The petition staff's psychological harmony and general self-efficacy have sig- nificant differences in age(F=23.130, p〈0. 05, F=14.676, p〈0. 05);(3)The petition staff's psychological harmony and gen- eral self-efficacy have significant correlation (r=0.288, p〈0. 05).Conclusions The middle age stage of the petition staff's psychological harmony is better than that of the other age stage, but 26 to 30 years old of their general self-efficacy is higher than that of over the age of 30, and the female of general self-efficacy is higher than that of men ; the psychological harmony can predict the petition staff's general self-efficacy.
