摘要
水力脉冲提速工具用于油气田钻井作业,可显著提高钻井效率。利用流体分析软件,建立了水力脉冲提速工具内部三维动态流场分析模型。通过对内部部件导流面角度、叶轮齿数、振荡腔长度等多组数据对比分析,得出了影响出口压力、叶轮转速、脉冲频率因素的理论数据,确定了不同因素改变引起的水力脉冲提速工具性能的变化规律。为此类工具参数优化设计提供理论基础。
Drilling efficiency can be significantly improved by the hydraulic pulse tool used in drill- ing. Fluid analysis software is used in establishing the three-dimensional dynamic flow analysis model, through of the hydraulic pulse tool,angle of the guide face, number of the teeth and length of the oscillation cavity are analyzed. Conclusion of the influence for outlet pressure,speed of the impeller and impulse frequency are made. Change regulation of the performance for hydraulic pulse tool on different factor is confirmed. This can offer the basis method for optimization design of parameters of hydraulic pulse tools.
