应急井控控制装置氮气备用系统设计分析 被引量:4

摘要 氮气备用系统是井控控制装置的重要组成部分。当井喷失火、管线破裂等原因造成防喷器控制装置储存的高压液压油耗尽,主动力和辅助动力泵组都失去动力时,氮气备用系统能提供应急关井的动力,为防止井喷失控起到至关重要的作用。依据API 16D对氮气备用系统的概述,分析了氮气备用系统的原理及其辅助功能,对氮气瓶的理论可用气量进行了计算,为氮气备用系统在钻井现场应急操作中的合理应用提供依据。 The nitrogen backup system is a very important part of emergency operation to control wellhead blowout preventer (BOP)group.When the high-pressure hydraulic oil stored in accumu-lators of BOP control system depleted,and the active force and the auxiliary power pump group lost power,the nitrogen backup system becomes the final emergency shut-in power.According to the overview of API 16D on nitrogen backup system,the principle of nitrogen backup system was analyzed,and the nitrogen available volumes was calculated theoretically,and the auxiliary func-tion of nitrogen standby system was described.In conclusion,this paper provided the basis on rea-sonable application of nitrogen backup system for emergency operation at drilling site.
