摘要
通过理论推导 ,获知了湿敏电阻器的感湿特性曲线与拟合直线之间的偏差随其本体电阻的变化关系。由此可知 ,当感湿特性曲线位于电阻 -湿度平面上某个确定的区域内时 ,可通过增加本体电阻以改善线性度 ;而位于该区域外时 ,应减小本体电阻。
By theoretical derivation,the partial derivatives of the deviation between the humidity sensing characteristic curve and the fitting line to the self-resistance are obtained.The results show that when the humidity sensing characteristic curve locates in a special range on the resistance-humidity plane,the linearity can be improved by increasing the self-resistance;while it locates out of the range,the self-resistance should be decreased.
