通过对工程全寿命期各阶段社会影响特点的归纳总结,构建工程全寿命期社会影响评价指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定工程全寿命期各阶段社会影响的权重,结果表明决策阶段与报废阶段是社会影响关注的重要阶段.各阶段权重的确定,将为项目决策者和管理者提供参考.

Through different stages of the engineering life-cycle of the characteristics of the social impact of inductive summary, build the engineering life-cycle phase of social impact evaluation index system, using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to determine weights of project in different stages of the engineering life-cycle of social impact, the results show that the decision phase and scrap stage are important stages of social influence on.
