髋膝关节置换术后患者康复锻炼自我效能及其影响因素的调查

Self-efficacy on rehabilitative exercise and the influential factors in patients having undergone total hip or knee arthroplasty

目的描述髋膝关节置换术后患者康复锻炼自我效能情况并探讨其影响因素。方法采用康复锻炼自我效能量表(self-efficacy rehabilitation outcome scale,SER)及一般资料调查表对65例髋膝关节置换术后患者进行调查。结果髋膝关节置换术后患者SER得分为(67.94±17.22)分,年龄、经济状况、手术方式、有无锻炼督促者、有无与他人进行锻炼方法交流是影响患者康复锻炼自我效能的主要因素(均P<0.05)。结论髋膝关节置换术后患者康复锻炼自我效能水平不高,应加强对患者术后康复锻炼的健康教育,以提高患者康复锻炼的自我效能水平。

Objective To explore the exercise self-efficacy and its influential factors in patients having undergone total hip or knee arthroplasty.Method The Self-Efficacy Rehabilitation Outcome Scale（SER）and demographic questionnaire were used in the investigation among sixty-five patients recruited by convenient sampling.Results The average score on exercise self-efficacy was（67.94＆#177;17.22）and the influential factors included age,family income,types of surgery,whether there were monitors for their exercise and whether there were other patients communicating on exercise methods（all P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusions The self-efficacy in patients after total hip or knee arthroplasty is at lower level.It is necessary to enhance rehabilitative education to improve their self-efficacy in rehabilitative exercise.
