摘要 [摘要]目的探讨妇科门诊手术患者护理服务需求及满意调查度情况。方法选择2011年3月~2012年9月在本院门诊手术治疗的患者88例,采用自行设计的护理服务需求及满意度调查表进行调查。了解患者术前、术中、术后的护理服务需求及对护理服务满意度。结果护理服务需求总分为(3.39±0.35)分,介于需要与非常需要间,术前、术中、术后的护理服务需求是多方面的;护理满意度总分为(3.34±0.48)分,介于满意与非常满意间,其中患者对术前等候时间超过30min最不满意。结论妇产科门诊患者对术前、术中、术后的护理服务需求是多方面的,医院基本能满足患者的需求,但在等待手术时间方面有待提高。护理人员应根据患者术前、术中、术后的护理服务需求给予针对性的护理服务,以便提高患者的满意度。 Objective To investigate the nursing service needs of gynecological outpatient undergoing surgery as well as the level of satisfaction. Methods Eighty-eight patients undergoing surgery in the outpatient department of our hospital from March 2011 to September 2012 involved in the survey by a self-designed care service needs and satisfaction scale to investigate their needs for nursing service at pre-, intra-, and post-operation as well as their level of satisfaction with nursing service. Results The total score on nursing service needs was (3.39 + 0.35), falling between those on the needs and the strong needs. The needs at pre-, intra-, and post-operation were muhifold. The total score on satisfaction with nursing service was (3.34 + 0.48), falling between those on the moderate satisfaction and great satisfaction, among which they were most unsatisfied with waiting longer than 30 mins preoperatively. Conclusions The outpatients for obstetric and gynecological consultation have needs of different aspects and the hospitals can generally meet their needs. The pertinent nursing service should be done based on the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative needs for care service so as to improve their satisfaction.
