分离精制苯乙烯的新工艺

摘要 本文介绍了乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯的分离精制工艺技术的新进展。其工艺特点是用单塔流程分离乙苯与苯乙烯。精馏塔采用了高效低压降的金属环鞍型填料。塔的分离效率高,生产产量大、产品纯度高,适合于大型装置中使用。在乙苯与苯、甲苯分离塔中,采用加压蒸馏工艺,提高塔顶余热的品位,供废热锅炉作为热源,生产低压水蒸汽,所以整个装置有效能效率高,达到节能目的。 The paper introduces new developments in dehydrogenation of ethyl benzene to prepare styrene and the separation technique. The technology feature is to separate ethyl benzene and styrene by single tower. The tower is very efficient with high production capacity and high purity products. It is proper for large scale production. In separation tower for ethyl benzene, benzene and toluene, pressure distilling technique is adopted. This can increase the waste heat for heat source of waste heat boilers, which can generate low pressure steam. Therefore the whole equipment has high efficiency and saves energy.
