宫颈绒毛腺管状乳头状腺癌一例

摘要 患者55岁,绝经8年,5个月前不规则阴道流血,量不多,有明显异味,无腹痛,伴有腰骶部疼痛,能忍受,每次持续4～5d停止,约间隔1周后再出血,上述症状反复出现,在院外间断给予抗炎治疗,症状无明显改善,病程中患者伴有头昏、眼花、心慌等症状,并自行缓解,无发热、盗汗等不适.既往无口服避孕药和吸烟史.入院后查体：外阴正常,阴道通畅,宫颈光滑,子宫正常大小,双侧附件无明显异常.
