摘要
以富士苹果圆片为材料,研究结果表明,外源高浓度Ca^(2+)(100mmol·L^(-1))显著降低呼吸速率,低浓度Ca^(2+)的影响不显著,这种效应主要是细胞外Ca^(2+)的作用。Ca^(2+)专一性螯合剂EGTA和Ca^(2+)拮抗剂La(3+)、Co(2+)以及钙调素拮抗剂CPZ和TFP降低呼吸速率。
The Fuji apple discs were used in this experiment. The results showed that the exogenous high concentration Ca2+ (100mmol. L ) reduced significantly the respiration rate of tissues, the low concentration Ca2+ had no significant effects. This indicated that effects of exogenous calcium were mainly extracellular effects. The EGTA,Ca2+ specific chelator,and Ca2+ antagonist La3+ ,Co2+and CPZ,TFP CaM antagonists,decreased the respiration rate.
