摘要
论述了影响转炉钢窄成分合格率的主要因素是上下炉次间钢水氧化性差别大、上下炉次间钢水质世差别大、脱氧合金化操作不规范、钢水初炼成分均匀性差,通过采取制定转炉冶炼操作模式、依据终点碳制定各钢种铁合金回收率参考值、建立钢水包智能底吹模式、建立钢包喂线标准、规范铁合金加入操作、动态维护好岀钢口、精准掌控铁合金批次等整改措施,使得碳元素合格率提高了11.16%,硅元素合格率提高了13.88%,锰元素合格率提高了12.68%,铬元素合格率提高了9.8%。
It is expounded that the main factors influencing the qualified rate of converter steel narrow composition: large difference of molten steel oxidizing and weight between before and after heats, non-standard deoxidation and alloying operation, low composition uniformity of molten steel in the primary refining. The carbon qualified rate was improved by 11.16%, silicon by 13.88%, manganese by 12.68% and chromium by 9.8% by formulating converter smelting operation mode, making the ferroalloy recovery reference for every steel grade according to carbon content at endpoint, establishing the intelligent bottom blowing mode and the standard of feeding wire in ladle, standardizing ferroalloy adding operation, maintaining tapping hole dynamically and controlling ferroalloy batch precisely.
