Origin Analysis of Blue and Purple Grain Pigment Genes of Wheat and Their Plant Characters

搜集了来源于多个国家的38份蓝、紫粒遗传资源,通过微机查询CRIPI小麦资源数据库等途径,追溯了这些种质的籽粒色素基因来源,并将其来源归为6类。研究了不同来源的不同色素种质的植株性状与籽粒色素的关系。

Thirty-eight accessions of wheat genetic resources with blue or pupurle grains were collected from many countries. The origin of their pigment genes was analysed by searching the GRIPI wheat gene bank,etc. The origin of the color gene can be classified into 6 categories. The relationship between plant characteristics and grain pigment genas was studied.
