银杏幼苗耐寒性及播期试验研究

The Experiment on Cold - resistance and Seeding Date of Gingko' s Seedlings

银杏幼苗随着苗龄的增长耐寒性增强。幼芽生长期苗在近冰点温度条件下1d或-2℃条件下1h即出现低温伤害,伤害最初表现在茎尖;初生叶出现期苗可耐近冰点温度持续3d或-2℃ 1h,发育叶出现期可耐-4℃低温1h,持续7d近冰点温度对此期苗木无伤害。据此,提出银杏在冀南地区的适宜播期。

The cold-resistance of the gingko's seedlings becomes stronger along with the increasing of the scion's age. Low-temperature injury to seedlings was appeared at temperature of freezing point for one day or of - 2℃ for an hour. At first, the injury appeared at che top of the stem;The seedlings at the cataphyll's age could bear the temperature of freezing point for three days or of - 2℃ for an hour. The seedlings of the growing leaf' s age could bear the temperature of - 4℃ for an hour, and three plants appeared no injury during this period when the freezing point temperature for seven days. Based on these, we put forwand the proper seeding date of Gingko in southern Hebei.
