摘要
为实现复吹转炉双渣吹炼一次倒渣的高效脱磷,从脱磷热力学角度分析计算了一次倒渣的理论指导温度,提出了一次倒渣温度控制新模式。通过现场试验,研究了不同一倒温度控制下的脱磷情况。结果表明,将一次倒渣温度由1 348℃提高到1 427℃时,转炉一次倒渣半钢磷质量分数降低0.034%,脱磷率提高28%,磷分配比提高28,实现了半钢磷质量分数脱至0.025%,一次倒渣脱磷率达79%和渣金间磷分配比为61的脱磷效果。
In order to dephosphorized efficiently at the first deslagging with double slag method in combined convert- er,the theoretically directed temperature of first deslagging was analyzed and calculated in thermodynamics. In this paper, the new model of temperature controlling of first deslagging was proposed. Through field test, the dephospho- rization efficiency was studied at different temperature of first deslagging. The results show that it can make the phosphorus content of semi-steel decreased by 0. 034%, dephosphorization rate increased by 2%, the phosphorus partition ratio improved by 28 when the temperature of first deslagging was increased from 1 348 ℃ to 1427 ℃ ,and it can also achieve high dephosphorization efficiency of phosphorus content removed under 0. 025%,dephosphorization rate more than 79%, the phosphorus partition ratio over 61 at first deslagging of double slag dephosphorization process.
