摘要
市场上存在从事新品制造和回收产品再制造的寡头垄断生产商,其中单位新品的制造成本高、碳排放高且利润较高,而单位再制造产品的制造成本低、碳排放低且利润较低。生产商整个制造/再制造生产过程,受到外部碳排放政策(碳税、碳限额)约束,需要基于利润和外部碳排放政策约束,选择制造和再制造技术,确定不同处理技术分配的最优生产数量,以最大化企业利润。针对无碳排放约束、碳税约束和碳限额约束三种碳排放约束情景,基于期望利润最大化,分别构建不同碳排放约束情境下的企业制造/再制造技术选择与生产决策模型。基于最优解性质和仿真分析,研究外部碳排放政策变化对企业制造/再制造生产决策的影响。研究结果表明,外部碳税、碳限额、碳排放超额惩罚税款和碳交易价格均不同程度影响企业制造/再制造生产决策。
We study a monopoly firm that makes new and remanufactured products. The remanufactured product is different from the new product. The new product is characterized by high cost, high carbon emission and high profit while the ramanufacturing product is characterized by low cost, low carbon emission and low profit. The manufacturing/ remanufacturing productive activity is affected by carbon emission policy and the firm must decide the product portfolio based on profit with carbon cap and trade mechanism. Several models of enterprises' manufacturing/remanufacturing optimal production decision-making are built respectively based on the maximum expected profits for three constraints scenarios: non-carbon emission, carbon tax and carbon cap. Based on the properties of the optimal solutions and simulation analysis, we study the impact of the changes of external carbon reduction policies on enterprises' manufacturing/ remanufacturing production decision. The results show that external carbon tax, carbon cap, penalty fees of carbon emission exceeded carbon cap and carbon trading price both have effect on the manufacturing/remanufacturing production decision in different degrees.
