创业行为对知识溢出影响的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Influence of Entrepreneurial Behavior on Knowledge Spillover

创业行为伴随着知识溢出现象。本文在界定创业行为、创业知识溢出构念的基础上,通过对288名创业者进行问卷调查,运用因子、相关和回归分析,研究了机会识别、团队组建、资源获取对创业机会捕捉的知识溢出、克服新进入缺陷的知识溢出的影响作用。结果发现:机会识别、团队组建、资源获取对创业机会捕捉的知识溢出有正向影响;资源获取对克服新进入缺陷的知识溢出有正向影响,机会识别、团队组建对克服新进入缺陷的知识溢出的影响并不显著。通过路径分析发现,创业行为对创业知识溢出的影响显著。

Entrepreneurial behavior is with knowledge spillover phenomenon. On the basis of the definition of entrepreneurial behavior, entrepreneurial knowledge spillover, this paper studies the effect of opportunity recognition, team building, resource acquisition to the knowledge spillover of capturing entrepreneurial opportunity and the knowledge spillover of overcoming the liability of newness, using the methods of factor, correlation and regression analysis, through questionnaire investigation of 288 entrepreneurs. Results show that ： （1）the opportunity recognition ,team building,resource acquisition have a positive impact on the knowledge spillover of capturing entrepreneurial opportunity; （2） resource acquisition has a positive effect on the knowledge spillover of overcoming the liability of newness, opportunity recognition, team knowledge have not significant effect on the knowledge spillover of overcoming the liability of newness. Through the path analysis, this study also shows entrepreneurial behavior has a significant effect on entrepreneurial knowledge spillovers.
