分水岭脑梗死的影像学诊断

摘要 分水岭脑梗死(cerebra lwatershed infarction,CWI)也称边缘带梗死,是指脑内相邻血管供血区之间的边缘带发生的一种特殊类型的脑梗死,占缺血性脑卒中的10.0%。研究表明,CWI的发生多伴有头颈部动脉狭窄或闭塞,根据其侧支循环代偿能力,可引起不同程度脑血流动力学异常,当侧支代偿不足以维持正常脑血流时,脑血流灌注严重受损将导致CWI的发生。此外,微栓塞可能是另一个主要因素。
