电解质紊乱对老年重症肺炎患者预后的影响

Influence of electrolyte disorder on elderly patients suffering from severe pneumonia

目的分析电解质紊乱对老年重症肺炎患者预后的影响。方法采用165-2型全自动生化分析仪检测80例老年重症肺炎患者的电解质,并对患者的临床表现及预后进行分析。结果 (1)80例患者中,低钠血症者30例(37.5%)。不伴低钠血症组、低钠纠正组与低钠未能纠正组肺炎治疗有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)重症肺炎伴低钾血症者共48例(60.0%),低钾纠正组与低钾未纠正组肺炎治疗有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论老年重症肺炎常合并电解质紊乱,常规检测电解质,及时发现并纠正电解质紊乱能明显提高老年重症肺炎的治疗成功率。

Objective To investigate the influence of electrolyte disorder on elderly patients who suffer from severe pneumonia. Methods The electrolyte levels of patients who suffered from severe pneumonia were tested by automatic bi- ochemistry analyzer. Results （ 1 ） The hyponatremia rate was 37. 5%. The effective rate was different between hyponatre- mia group, non-hyponatremia group and hyponatremia recovered group. （2）The hypokalemia rate was 60. 0%. The effective rate was different between hypokalemia group and hypokalemia recovered group. Conclusions Severe pneumonia is uaually complicated with electrolyte disorder and timely correction of electrolyte disorder would increase the effective rate to cure pneumonia.
