某复杂低品位铅锌银矿可选性试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 以四川某含低品位铅锌银的难选铅锌矿石为研究对象,进行了工艺流程和工艺技术条件研究。在探索实验中得出碳酸钠作调整剂比氧化钙作调整剂所得到的硫化铅粗选精矿铅的品位较高,复合抑制剂硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠对锌的抑制效果较好,而随捕收剂剂量的增大硫化铅粗选精矿中铅、锌和银的品位及回收率均有所增加。由于原矿中铅银的品位太低,对所选的铅锌矿采用铅锌银混选是合理的。在-0.074mm含量87.5%的磨矿细度下,含Pb为0.35%、Zn为5.88%、Ag为11.7μg/g的低品位铅锌银矿通过"一粗二精"开路浮选后,精矿锌品位达到46.12%、银品位达到60.7μg/g、铅品位仅为1.84%,精矿锌回收率为83.46%、银回收率为61.43%、铅回收率为59.09%。 It is difficult to choose lead-zinc from a low-grade zinc silver ore in Sichuan, which as the research object to study the technological process and technology conditions. The lead rougher concentrate grade of lead sulfide in the exploring experiments is higher to take sodium carbonate as modifying agent than calcium oxide; taking zinc sulfide and sodium sulfite as composite depressant for zinc inhibition effect is good; rougher concentrate grade and recovery of lead, zinc and silver in lead sulfide were increased with increasing collecting agent doses. Since the lead and silver grade of the ore is very low, the selected mix floatation of lead and zinc silver is reasonable to the lead-zinc mine. On the grinding fineness of 87.5 % in - 0. 074 mm, the low grade lead-zinc-silver ore was sorted with the open circuit flotation of once rougher and twice concentrations, zinc concentrate grade achieved 46.12% and silver grade is 60.7 ug/g, lead grade is only 1. 84%, zinc concentrate recovery rate is 83. 46%, silver recovery rate is 61.43%, lead recovery is 59.09%.
