摘要 胜利海上低渗油藏无注水能量补充,储层敏感性强,油井作业油层保护难度大,为提高作业效果,延长油井稳产周期,研究了超深穿透负压射孔与防漏失一体化工艺技术。该技术通过井下防漏失阀随射孔枪一趟管柱下入及留井,有效解决了海上低渗透油田低压易漏失储层的开采难题。介绍了工艺管柱的结构组成和工作原理,分析了主要工具的结构和性能特点,给出了主要技术参数。在胜利海上油田埕北812A-5井的首次应用结果表明,该技术实现了深穿透、负压射孔和防漏失一体化施工,不但可以实现作业现场入井液零漏失,储层无污染,还可有效缩短施工周期,且超深穿透弹穿深长,泄油面积大,增产增注效果显著,具有较高的推广应用价值。 There is no energy supply for waterflooding in Shengli offshore low-permeability oil reservoirs where the reservoir sensitivity is strong and it is difficult to protect the reservoirs in oil well operation. To improve operating efficiency and lengthen the stable yield cycle of oil wells, the integrated technology of superdeep penetration nega- tive pressure perforation and lost circulation prevention was studied. The technology effectively solves the production difficulty in the offshore low-pressure lost circulation reservoirs through one-trip running and letting-in of downhole lost circulation prevention valve with the perforating gun. The structural composition and operating principle of the technological string was introduced ; the structure and performance feature of the main tools were analyzed ; the main technological parameters were given. The penetration depth of the superdeep penetrating charge is remarkable; the drainage area is large; the stimulation and injection increase are obvious. The application of the technology for the first time in Well 812A- 5 of Shengli Chengbei Offshore Oilfield shows that it achieves the integrated construction of deep penetration, negative pressure perforation and lost circulation prevention. It not only achieves the zero lost circulation of field working fluid without polluting the reservoirs, but also effectively shortens the construction cycle. It has desirable economic benefits with a bright prospect of spread and application.
