摘要
针对知识服务中战略情报用户需求的隐性特征,对隐性需求管理的人工智能、人机交互和人际沟通方法进行探讨;侧重于人际沟通方法和隐性需求表达的知识结构,提出了知识沟通的概念,深入分析了提高知识服务效果的手段和措施;架构了情报用户隐性需求表达、服务者隐性需求管理和知识服务效果之间的关系模型。
Focusing on tacit characteristic of strategic information users' needs in knowledge service, this paper first discusses artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction and interpersonal communication method of tacit needs management. Then the paper proposes the concept of knowledge communication focuses on interpersonal interaction method and knowledge structure of tacit needs expression, and deeply analyzes the means and measures to improve the effect of knowledge service. Finally, the paper con- structs the relation model of tacit needs expression, tacit needs management and knowledge service effect.
