On the Information Support Behavior and Its Statutory Requirements

信息社会中围绕信息资源展开的信息行为成为了社会关系的核心,在诸多的信息行为中,信息支援行为伴随着信息支援系统的出现越来越被社会关注。文章主要讨论了信息支援及其行为的性质、法律特性,法律范围内对信息支援行为的可控制程度等问题。

Information behavior, which revolves around the information resources, has become the core of social relations in the information society. Among the information behaviors, there is a growing concern of the society about information support behav- ior with the appearance of information support system. This paper mainly discusses several issues, such as information support, na- ture and legal characteristics of information support behavior, and the controllable degree of information support behavior in the range of law.
