强关系与弱关系下企业网络中的知识共享进化博弈分析

Evolutionary Game Analysis of Knowledge Sharing in Enterprise Network under the Strong Ties and Weak Ties

利用进化博弈理论及方法,分别建立了强关系和弱关系企业网络中知识共享的对称博弈模型,分析了这两种关系下企业知识共享行为的演化机理,比较了其异同。结果表明,一方面在均不共享成本很高的情况下,强关系企业网络比弱关系企业网络更加有利于企业间知识的共享;另一方面当知识共享的纯收益大于搭便车的纯收益时,企业间知识共享的概率更高。

Based on evolutionary game theory and methods, this paper respectively establishes the symmetric game model of knowledge sharing in strong ties and weak ties enterprise network. Then the paper analyzes and compares the evolution mechanism of knowledge sharing in enterprise network under the two ties. The results show that, on the one hand, compared with weak ties enter- prise network, strong ties enterprise network is much more conducive to knowledge sharing among enterprises in case of no one sha- ring and highly cost ; on the other hand, the probability of knowledge sharing among enterprises is much higher when net income of knowledge sharing is greater than net income of free-tiding.
