我国专利技术转移的时间与空间分布规律研究——基于SIPO专利许可信息的计量分析 被引量:29

摘要 文章以2012年度SIPO专利实施许可登记备案信息作为样本数据,综合采用专利计量、社会网络分析、可视化等方法,分别从时间和空间两个维度入手,定量描述我国技术转移的现状;借助技术转移网络直观展示我国区域间技术转移的模式与规律。 Taking the SIPO patent licensing registration record information in the year of 2012 as the sample data, the paper adopts the methods of patent metrology, social network analysis and visualization to quantitatively describe the present status of technology transfer in China from the 2 dimensions of time and space respectively. The modes and laws of technology transfer in dif- ferent regions of China are displayed visually by means of technology transfer network.
