摘要
目的:从银露梅枝叶中提取鞣质并测定其含量。方法:运用超声技术提取鞣质,用干酪素法测定鞣质的含量。结果:测得银露梅枝叶中鞣质含量为10.66%,相对标准偏差为2.5%。结论:运用超声技术提取鞣质,效率高,速度快。
Objective：To extract tannin from Potentilla glabra leaves and determine content. Methods：Using ultrasonic technology to extract tannin,and detecting the content of tannin by casein. Results：Potentilla glabra leaves contains 10. 66%of tannin,the relative standard deviation is 2. 5%. Conclusion：Using ultrasonic technology to extract tannin is effective and efficiency.
