摘要
胃癌是世界范围内严重影响人类健康的疾病,手术切除是治疗胃癌的首选方法,但是手术治疗效果仍是有限的,并非与手术范围的无限扩大成正比,于是以手术为主的综合治疗应运而生,在近20a时间里,围手术期综治疗成为胃癌临床研究的重要内容之一,相关分子水平等的研究有待进一步深入。
Gastric cancer remains one of the most common causes of cancer-realated death in the world. Although radical operation is the main potentially Curative therapy for advanced gastric cancer, but the comprehensive treatment of perioperative is becoming very important in survival rate.
