Discussion on the application of intelligent substation technology

基于IEC 61850标准的变电站自动化系统是未来智能变电站技术实现的关键支撑体系,需要在工程实践过程中不断解决产品与技术体系的差异问题,从应用价值上推进产品和系统的升级。智能变电站作为智能电网"电力流、信息流、业务流"三流汇集的焦点,是建设智能电网的重要物理基础和支撑。随着IEC 61850标准的颁布实施,基于IEC 61850标准的数字化、智能化变电站工程应用得到了迅速推广。国家电网公司也制定了一系列标准、规范和文件,为智能变电站的项目实施提供了规范化的依据,并明确了智能变电站建设的方向。

Along with the issuance and implementation of IEC 61850 standard, the IEC 61850 based engineering application of digital and intelligent substation has been promoted with a fast speed. Dr. Gao Xiang introduces the basic features of intelligent substation, analyzes main existing problems and discusses the future application prospect.
