电针对PTSD大鼠体重和空间学习记忆的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨电针对创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)大鼠体重和空间学习记忆的影响。方法将25只雄性健康SD大鼠随机分为模型组、模型西药组、模型电针组、电针对照组、正常对照组等5组,每组各5只(群养)。造模成功后给予不同处理,治疗结束后称量每只大鼠体重,并采用Morris水迷宫实验评价大鼠空间学习记忆能力。结果与模型组比较,模型电针组、模型西药组体重明显增加,在水迷宫内寻找平台逃避潜伏期明显缩短,在第III象限游动时间比例上升并在该象限穿越次数明显增多,且两组之间各项指标并无显著差异;而电针对照组与正常对照组各项指标差异不显著。结论电针治疗可明显改善PTSD大鼠空间学习记忆能力,并对PTSD大鼠体重有较好调整作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Electroacupuncture on weight and spatial learning and memory in PTSD rats. Methods 25 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, and given different treatments after successful molding. After treatment, each rat was weighed, and the learning and memory ability of the rats was evaluated with Morris water maze. Results Compared with the model rats, the weight of the model in EA group and the model westem medicine group increased significantly, the escape latency in the water maze to find the platform decreased significantly,and the ratio of swimming time and the crossing number in the III quadrant both increased signifi- cantly. There was no significant difference between Electroacupuncture and normal group. Conclusion Electroacupuncture can improve the spatial learning and memory ability, and has done a good job of the body weight of PTSD rats.
