钆喷酸葡胺在颅脑核磁共振增强扫描中剂量的选择 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨颅脑核磁共振(MRI)增强扫描造影剂最适剂量。方法选取90例需要颅脑核磁共振增强患者,根据造影剂剂量分组:A组30例,按体重1次0.1 mL/kg(或0.05 mmoL/kg);B组30例,按体重1次0.2 mL/kg(或0.1 mmoL/kg);C组30例:按体重1次0.4 mL/kg(或0.2 mmoL/kg)。结果 A组强化效果不能达到诊断要求,B组可以达到诊断要求,剂量较小,C组达到诊断要求,剂量大。结论按体重1次0.2 mL/kg(或0.1 mmoL/kg)注射造影剂是颅脑MRI增强扫描最佳剂量。 Objective To investigate the optimal dose of MRI in enhanced scanning contrast agent. Methods Selecting 90 cases with enhanced brain MRI. According to dose, cases were divided into: 30 patients in group A with O. 1 mL/kg (or 0.05 mmol/kg) once according to body weight, 30 cases in group B with O 2 mL/kg ( or of 0. 1 mmol/kg) by weight, 30 patients in group C with O. 4 mL/kg ( or the 0. 2 mmol/kg) by weight. Results Strengthening effect of group A can not meet diagnostic needs, group B can reach the diagnostic requirements with a smaller dose, and group C meet the diagnostic requirements in large doses. Conclusion 0. 2 mL/kg (or of O. 1 mmol/kg) injection once of contrast medium is the most appropriate brain enhanced MRI optimal dose by weight.
